Admittedly I didn't buy this from sir stampalot, in fact it was from a supplier in America as it was unavailable in the UK when I first bought it however once I opened the pack and tried to run a line of sticky dots down a sheet of paper nothing happened,on closer inspection I found the tape had stuck to itself and the smaller cog wheel which receives the used tape had come away from the casing and was in a screwed up mess inside the green plastic case. Cannot return it to the original supplier as they no longer operate? I am not surprised really I should have had more patience and waited for a UK supplier to stock it. It looked so good when Mel Heaton demonstrated it on TV. Oh well we live and learn.
