Use to create glittery effects. Non-Toxic. It can be applied with a brush or sponge applicator tool. If you happen to spill any of it during use clean it whilst wet using soap and water. To eliminate tackiness, apply Clear Acrylic Sealer over cured Mod Podge. Apply to dark colour surfaces for best results. Glue; Apply to back of fabric paper, then position on surface. Smooth out air bubbles from the center out, let dry. Sealer; Apply thin coat. Dry 15-20 minutes between coats. Finish; Apply smooth, moderate coat. Let dry. For a more glittery effect, apply additional coats.
